Raycon employs a talented group of Field Service Engineers with over 80 years of collective experience. This fine group of professionals are capable of repairing your system in the minimal amount of time resulting in less cost to you, the customer. In most cases, our Service Engineers can be dispatched to your location within 24 hours. In addition to our Service Department's ability to promptly solve your problem, our Parts group has most standard items available for immediate shipment to you or to support our people at your location.

Raycon offers an in house repair facility for customers to send in failed components which we then repair and return to you at a lesser charge than a replacement part.
Raycon also offers the ability to ship parts to your location and provide you with quality technical support over the phone should you decide to repair your system yourself. You keep the parts you need and return the ones you don't use. A minimal restocking fee may apply for this service.
